Dave founded Capital Builders in 1995 and has been a licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor for over 30 years. He is personally on site for each project and incredibly knowledgeable. He has been involved in every phase of home improvement from building houses from the ground up to improving any existing space. For every issue you may think you may have we can guarantee he has a solution!
Chris and Zach are also on site for each project, working hands on towards completion. Both have worked with Capital Builders since their teens and have now become full time members. Chris - also a licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor now - has been full time with Capital Builders since graduating from McDaniel College in 2017. Zach, also a former McDaniel student, spent time in both the plumbing and property maintenance industries before join Capital Builders full time.
